I did get my refund in the end, so that part was fine. It just took longer than I expected compared to other returns I’ve done before, where the money usually shows up a bit quicker. Not a terrible experience, just a little slow.

I ordered from Kali mainly because I was worried about whether the item would actually be authentic or not. I’ve been burned before, so I was definitely checking everything closely.

When it arrived, it looked real, well, not just looked real, the packaging, details, and overall feel all matched what I was expecting. I didn’t notice anything weird or off about it, so I’m happy with that part.

I’m giving 4 stars only because the shipping updates were kind of slow and I had to wait longer than I hoped. But the item itself seems genuine, so I’d probably order from them again.

They got back to me quickly and explained everything in a way that was easy to follow. I had a couple of questions, and they answered them without overcomplicating things, if that makes sense.

I ordered from kaliboxes.com and was happy with how everything arrived. The packaging was clean and didn’t show up crushed, ripped, or all beat up. The corners on the boxes were still solid too, which was the Main thing I was worried about. Straightforward order, but it came in Good condition and I’d definitely buy from them again...

The boxes are fine overall, but I’m a little confused because some of the corners felt kind of weak?? They work, but I wouldn’t say they’re amazing.
